More than 300 promotional assets were adapted across TV, mobile, web and streaming platform formats.

Amazon Prime Video required a large-scale rollout of digital artwork assets for television, web and app-based streaming platforms across multiple international territories. Working with supplied campaign artwork, I produced platform-specific promotional assets for a wide range of television series and films distributed across French and African markets.

01 / Overview

The challenge

Streaming platforms require a vast number of artwork variations to support different devices, screen sizes and viewing environments. For this project, over 300 promotional assets were supplied and needed to be adapted for use across Amazon Prime Video’s TV interface, website and mobile applications.

Many supplied assets were designed for a single format and required significant artwork extension and reconstruction to work effectively across multiple aspect ratios. Promotional artwork had to remain visually consistent while ensuring titles, key imagery and branding remained effective regardless of the final format.

The project also involved localisation for French-speaking audiences, requiring updates to translated titles and campaign messaging while maintaining compliance with Amazon Prime Video’s brand standards and regional requirements.

Every asset passed through multiple approval stages involving country teams, legal departments, intellectual property reviews and production company sign-off before release.

02 / Approach

Production process

Planning

Artwork specifications were reviewed for each delivery platform to establish the required aspect ratios, resolutions and file formats. Campaign assets were organised into production batches to manage the large volume of artwork efficiently.

Production

Supplied Photoshop and TIFF artwork files were adapted into multiple platform-specific formats for television, web and mobile applications. Assets were resized, reconstructed and extended where necessary to accommodate differing aspect ratios while preserving the integrity of the original campaign imagery.

Localised French-language artwork was updated and checked for accuracy across multiple campaigns. Particular attention was given to maintaining title visibility, key artwork positioning and brand consistency throughout all formats.

Delivery

Final assets were supplied in approved production formats for integration into Amazon Prime Video’s streaming platform. All files were quality checked, reviewed against technical specifications and approved through legal, intellectual property and territory-specific sign-off processes before release.

03 / Outcome

The result

A complete suite of streaming platform assets was successfully delivered across multiple international territories, supporting the launch and promotion of television series and film content on Amazon Prime Video.

The project demonstrated the ability to manage high-volume digital asset production while maintaining consistency, localisation accuracy and technical compliance across hundreds of individual deliverables.
