Working with high-profile clients such as LEGO, Danone, and SAMS Labs to deliver precise, brand-aligned, and print-ready packaging solutions. My expertise spans the full packaging artwork lifecycle—from initial concept adaptation to final production files—while ensuring strict adherence to technical and brand guidelines. I am highly skilled in working with cutter guides to develop accurate dielines, and I regularly manage the implementation of special colours, including Pantone, metallic, and spot varnishes, tailored to each client’s print specifications. Using Adobe Illustrator, I create and refine vector-based artwork, while employing high-end retouching techniques in Photoshop to enhance product imagery for premium packaging outcomes.
LEGO Global Packaging Production Artwork
Packaging artwork production for LEGO products, delivering technically accurate and production-ready packaging solutions for global retail markets. Working from approved creative concepts and brand guidelines, I was responsible for building complex packaging artwork, preparing cutter guides and die-lines, and ensuring all components aligned precisely with structural packaging specifications. The role required meticulous attention to detail to maintain consistency across multiple product ranges while meeting strict manufacturing and print production standards.
My responsibilities included managing spot colours, special inks, varnishes, matt and gloss finishes, and other print enhancements to achieve the desired visual and tactile quality of the final packaging. Working closely with printers, packaging engineers, and production teams, I prepared artwork for multiple international markets, ensuring compliance with localisation requirements, regulatory information, and production specifications. Through rigorous quality control and technical expertise, I helped deliver packaging that combined strong shelf presence with the high production standards associated with the LEGO brand.
